Refining NZ has received lending consents from its bankers to move New Zealand’s only oil refinery to an import only terminal, but is still waiting for one key customer-shareholder to approve a deal.Releasing its half yearly result to June this year, Refining NZ said it was still on track for a final sign off for the business conversion by the board.One factor still to be signed off is the agreement with Mobil.
