Australian private equity firm Adamantem Capital has confirmed it is looking at options for aged care provider Heritage Lifecare and has appointed advisory firm Gresham to assist.Adamantem typically holds investments for three-to-five years and has controlled Heritage since April 2017 when it bought 79% of the business and a year later it gained Overseas Investment Office approval to lift its stake to 100%.However, a spokeswoman said the review is in its early stages and no decisions have been made.The initial purchase valued Heritage at $115 m...
