Z Energy has stopped making top-up payments to Refining NZ, saying the proposed simplification plan for the Marsden Point oil refinery won’t give it access to the capacity it is contracted for.Z, the country’s biggest fuel retailer and the second-largest shareholder in Refining NZ, said it has issued a formal dispute notice under its processing agreement with the refinery.
