Former New Zealand Exchange-listed company Just Life Group has sold its hot water cylinder installation and service company, The Cylinder Guy, for an undisclosed sum.Just Life Group (JLG) delisted from the NZ Exchange (NZX) earlier this year and listed on alternative market the Unlisted Securities Exchange (USX).In a press release published on USX Friday, JLG said it had entered a binding agreement to sell The Cylinder Guy, effective Dec 1.JLG founder and chief executive Tony Falkenstein said it was streamlining its portfolio.‘Probab...
