Wisk Aero, the US developer of Cora, a self-flying electric air-taxi slated to start transport trials in Canterbury soon is embroiled in legal claims and counterclaims in a trade secret theft and patent infringement case in California.The wrangle began in April when Wisk sued rival Archer Aviation Inc. in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, claiming Archer had misappropriated trade secrets related to Wisk’s electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) pilotless air taxi.
