Emirates Team New Zealand's events arm America’s Cup Events is suing former contractor Mayo & Calder in a multi-million dollar battle over a Hungarian bank scam and a $1,200 meal at Auckland restaurant Prego.Mayo & Calder is fighting back with a countersuit alleging ACE's termination of its contract was unlawful and that ACE has damaged its reputation.
