A long-running legal battle between businessmen Ken Wikeley and Owen Glenn has taken another turn with the Supreme Court today ruling that fraud aspects cannot be relitigated.  Glenn’s Kea Investments had alleged Wikeley and fellow expat businessman Eric Watson had engaged in a worldwide conspiracy to defraud Kea.In 2018, the English High Court ruled that Kea and Glenn had been fraudulently induced to participate in a £129 million (NZ$271m) property investment.Watson, the mastermind behind the fraud, was subsequently imprisoned...
