The business of boatmaking is before the courts again, as more litigation is underway for the company formerly known as Orion Marine and its engineers, Darren Leybourne and Vladan Zubcic.Amphibious boat maker Anura was once called Orion Marine and had made waves in an ongoing copyright battle with Sealegs owner, Future Mobility Solutions.That court case ended after the court of appeal overturned a judgment in favour of Sealegs.
