CBL’s Harris to plead not guilty to SFO charges

Former CBL Corporation chief executive Peter Harris says he will plead not guilty to charges brought by the Serious Fraud Office following an investigation into the insurer’s 2018 collapse. The fraud agency said in December last year it had filed criminal charges following an investigation by it and the Reserve Bank into CBL Insurance and associated entities.
