Champion sailor Russell Coutts has avoided the rough in the penultimate round before next month’s hearing on whether his family’s application for a new water take will get the green light.The Otago Regional Council has recommended an application by the Coutts family's BSTGT, the trustee of Barley Station Glencoe Trust, to renew its water permits from two creeks on the Crown Terrace above Arrowtown and amalgamate its four permits with the neighbouring McQuilkin family’s take be approved.The neighbouring property owners oppo...
