Defendants plead not guilty in National Party donors case

Four men have pleaded not guilty to charges laid by the Serious Fraud Office over donations made to the National Party.  The accused - Yikun Zhang, Shijia (Colin) Zheng, Hengjia (Joe) Zheng and Jami-Lee Ross had their first appearance in the Auckland District Court this morning.  They have all been remanded on bail to reappear on June 10.  The SFO said Zhang, Shijia Zheng and Ross face two charges of obtaining by deception, while Hengjia Zheng faces one charge of obtaining by deception and another of providing false or misleading infor...
