A grandson of the late Tony Gibbs has lawyered up as a dispute continues over a family trust believed to be worth $200 million.Corporate heavyweight Tony Gibbs died in June 2020 and was survived by his wife Val, son Ant and daughter Charlotte.Val and Charlotte, along with Russell McVeagh lawyer Joe Windmeyer are trustees of the Ruby Cove Legacy Trust.Ant is a discretionary beneficiary but wants the trustees of the entity removed.“He says that the trustees cannot act, and are not acting, fairly or reasonably towards him, are hostile t...
