Investors in the failed Intueri Education Group have lodged a statement of claim in the High Court alleging the company that promoted the float, its directors and directors of Intueri withheld vital information from key documents and after Intueri listed on NZX.Intueri was floated in 2014 by ASX-listed Arowana with $177 million of shares sold to about 800 investors.
