Owen Glenn may have secured some jail time for rival Eric Watson, but he has been unsuccessful in his latest legal move in Jersey to recoup the £43.5 million his company Kea Investments was awarded by an English court. Jersey law allows Glenn to seek part of the millions ordered in the island tax haven.
