Businessman Stefan Lepionka failed in his bid to get $4 million out of his former lawyers for negligence.  But he is already appealing the high court decision, which went against his company, Lepionka & Company Investments Limited (LCIL), and in favour of Gibson Sheat.  The court case related to a long-running dispute Lepionka had with property developer Garth Paterson which led to years of lawsuits and claimed financial losses by Lepionka.
