A company director trying to sue Callaghan Innovation for negligence over a loan has indicated he will keep litigating even if his latest court action is rejected.Christopher Hook is seeking leave to appeal against a High Court ruling dismissing an earlier appeal against a district court decision to strike down his negligence claim against the government agency.According to the Companies Register, Hook lives in Odesa, Ukraine.Hook told Justice Dale La Hood in the High Court at Wellington on Thursday that he didn’t want to waste his time.&...
