A group of local body authorities is putting the new government on notice that it wants a collaborative approach to water services instead of a top-down one.The Communities 4 Local Democracy (C4LD) group of 30 councils has welcomed a commitment by the new government to repeal the Water Services Entities Act and stop work on it.
