LPF launches alternative Southern Response class action

Litigation funder LPF Group is offering Christchurch homeowners an alternative class action to get compensation from Southern Response. The announcement comes the day minister David Clark, who's responsible for the Earthquake Commission, said the government will approve a package to eligible policyholders who settled with Southern Response prior to October 2014.
