After the supreme court shut the door on a long-running investor class action, former Feltex shareholders are turning to the Serious Fraud Office for help.They have laid a complaint with the fraud agency alleging Feltex’s IT and accounting staff were instructed to roll back enough sales invoices – about $8.8 million worth – to ensure an untrue sales forecast in June 30, 2004.The supreme court affirmed in 2018 that Feltex’s prospectus had an untrue statement, but sent the matter back to the high court to determine whether...
