Cavalier Corporation is pursuing David Henry-directed Kinleith Land and Infrastructure in court over a collapsed deal for its manufacturing unit in South Auckland.It wants a $2.46 million deposit which it said Kinleith had agreed to pay as part of the $24.6m deal that never occurred.Cavalier ultimately sold the manufacturing unit to property magnate Ben Cook for $25.5m.Kinleith, represented by David Henry’s father Brian Henry, told the high court at Auckland today Cavalier had “misrepresented and misled” his client.Kinleith cl...
