Landscaping company Top Garden applied to place Triple Connection in liquidation in the Invercargill High Court in mid-November after it didn’t respond to a statutory demand. The application advertisement was published on The Gazette website on Thursday afternoon. LiquidationDebt collector John Campbell of Law Debt Collectors, acting on behalf of Top Garden, told BusinessDesk his client is owed over $85,000.Top Garden declined to comment on the matter, but the company’s counsel, Andrew Swan, confirmed the figure for $85,00...
