Gentrack executive chair resigns over health issues

Gentrack executive chairman John Clifford has resigned from the board due to personal health reasons. Clifford assumed leadership of the company in February, after chief executive Ian Black suddenly resigned days before the annual general meeting. The company had run into difficulties when some customers in the UK energy market collapsed forcing Gentrack to downgrade its earnings guidance.
