Accounting software company Xero shouldn't have disclosed financial information belonging to Kristina Buxton and two of her companies to the official assignee without telling her, Buxton's lawyer Jai Moss told the High Court in Wellington.Alternatively, Xero should have required the official assignee to get a court order before handing over the information, Moss said.The official assignee was seeking the information because Buxton is wife to Dave Henderson, who was bankrupt between late 2010 and 2017.It had suspected Buxton was acting a...
