Blackpearl Group oversubscribed the off-market share placement portion of its capital raise by $2.5 million, closing with a total of $10.5m.The New Zealand Exchange-listed firm launched the raise on Friday, Oct 4, aiming to raise $8m at $1.25 per share, an 8.8% discount on the $1.37 30-day average to Oct 3.The $2m share purchase plan for existing investors made up of 1.6m shares, which makes up the remainder of the capital raise, is now open.If fully placed, the total raised will be $12.5m.Blackpearl’s main customer base for its website t...
