Climate Commission proposals pose curly questions for investors

Investors will be trying to wrap their heads around the slew of proposals put forward by the Climate Change Commission, including a hike in the carbon price and a ban on new gas connections.The commission yesterday released its first draft carbon budgets to aid the government in meeting its 2050 emissions targets.
