New Zealand Exchange-listed Genesis Energy is interested in buying the liquidated SolarZero company, but its complicated commercial structure would have to be sorted before serious consideration could be given, says its chief executive, Malcolm Johns.SolarZero was put into liquidation last November after owner BlackRock pulled the plug on the startup that pioneered the solar subscription model in NZ.
