Incoming Fletcher Building director James Miller says his focus will be on creating shareholder wealth. New Zealand Exchange-listed Fletcher Building announced in late December that Miller would join its board of directors. He will first exit an existing board appointment on listed energy firm Mercury, Miller said. Miller is also on the boards of cinema software firm Vista, is chair of Channel Infrastructure and joined the board of retirement provider Ryman in 2023. Miller said he doesn’t know the ins and outs of Fletc...
