Infratil raises $275m in oversubscribed retail offer

Infratil has raised $275 million in a retail offer that was part of a wider $1.275 billion equity raising.The offer was originally announced on June 17 as being for $150m, subject to acceptance of oversubscriptions at Infratil’s discretion.In an announcement published to the NZX on Friday morning, Infratil said the offer received strong support from eligible shareholders, with applications received from 37,548 of them, representing a higher participation level than the company's 2023 retail offer, which attracted 27,983 shareholders.T...
