An independent valuation of Infratil’s portfolio companies show they are now worth almost $8 billion, up from $7.4b three months ago.Most of this is due to the ongoing rapid increase in valuation of its CDC datacentre business.At the beginning of the month, Infratil said its 48.25% stake in CDC was valued at between A$4,159 million (NZ$4,628m) and A$4,940m (with a midpoint of A$4,524m), up from A$3,783m to A$4,368m (with a midpoint of A$4,058m) at the end of March 2024.The increase in valuation reflected the updated CDC pipeline of c...
