Listed market regulator NZ RegCo will review Pacific Edge’s disclosures regarding today’s capital raise, having already engaged with the firm when some details were made public on the ASX.Just two weeks ago, Pacific Edge was attempting to quell rumours after documents it provided to the ASX referred to an A$70 million capital raise managed by Bell Potter Securities, Forsyth Barr and Jarden Securities.Today, the cancer diagnostics firm announced a similar capital raise, managed by the same brokers but targeting $60m with shares...
