Minimum 7.05% p.a. for new Infratil bonds

Infratil has opened its offer for $50 million of seven-and-a-half-year bonds at an annual interest rate of no less than 7.05%.Maturing on March 15, 2031, the offer may be extended up to $75m and is also made available for New Zealand resident holders of $122,103,683 of existing 2023 Infratil bonds due to mature on Sept 15.Holders of the 2023 bonds are being offered the opportunity to exchange some or all of those bonds for 2031 bonds, with an assurance that all such applications will be fully satisfied.The new, NZ stock exchange-listed, unsecur...
