Infrastructure company Downer EDI has appointed Malcolm Ashcroft as its chief financial officer. He will take up the position at the dual Australian stock exchange- and New Zealand stock exchange-listed company in June. Ashcroft is currently the chief operating officer at Australian early childhood and care provider, G8 Education.
