NZME shareholder Osmium Partners has pulled its two nominees to join the listed media company’s board. On Thursday, NZME said Osmium’s John Lewis and Adam Hoydysh had been withdrawn from the director nomination process. NZME announced on Tuesday it had received eight director nominations for its pushed back June annual meeting. Now six nominees will vie for NZME’s board, although a resolution will go ahead at the meeting to roll the existing board. The nominees, including former National Minister Steven Joy...
