The New Zealand Shareholders Association plans to use undirected proxies to vote against Geneva Finance's adoption of a replacement constitution at the annual shareholders meeting on Thursday.“NZSA [NZ Shareholders Association] does not believe the new constitution is in the best interests of minority shareholders,” it said in a note about its proxy voting intention.
