The NZX has hired Robert Douglas to lead its IT overhaul as the stock market operator looks to fix the flaws unearthed in its systems this year.Douglas has spent the past eight years at payments firm Verifone, which bought ANZ’s eftpos terminal leasing unit in 2012, and is currently the chief operating officer of the Californian company’s local division.
