Markets may be muted after reports of around three dozen covid-19 cases in a Beijing hospital renewed concerns about the virus outbreak. China’s Global Times said a central Beijing hospital reported 36 cases of covid-19 and said those infected at the Fuxing Hospital in Xicheng district were eight medical workers, nine cleaning staff and 19 patients along with their families.
