SkyCity to sue Fletcher Building for conference centre delays, FBU says no breaches

SkyCity Entertainment Group says it will be filing legal proceedings against Fletcher Building and The Fletcher Construction Company for losses due to delays in the completion of the New Zealand International Convention Centre.
