Spark chairwoman Justine Smyth says she will stay on for another year while her successor is chosen.Smyth joined the board in 2011 and has been chairwoman of the telco since 2017.At the Spark annual meeting on Friday Smyth offered herself for re-election.She said it had been a year of significant change for Spark as it undertook a board renewal to bring further depth and capability.The board was focused on identifying a new chairperson, and the succession process continued, she said.As a result, Smyth said it was her intention to serve for one...
