The process to replace Spark New Zealand chair Justine Smyth is officially under way.Spark unveiled a refresh of its board on Monday, appointing three new independent directors as part of a planned renewal process.Smyth said the changes are part of an “ongoing succession programme” that began earlier this year with the retirement of Alison Barrass.Smyth said the board’s process for chair succession will continue “in the context of the significant board renewal announced today”.She previously told shareholders at Sp...
