Spark New Zealand says it is considering its newly appointed directors as candidates to replace longstanding chair Justine Smyth.The telecommunications firm announced a board refresh on Monday and appointed three new independent directors.Lindsay Wright will join on Aug 1, while Vince Hawksworth and Tarek Robbiati will follow on Oct 1.
