Spark New Zealand says it is considering its newly appointed directors as candidates to replace longstanding chair Justine Smyth.The telecommunications firm announced a board refresh on Monday and appointed three new independent directors.Lindsay Wright will join on Aug 1, while Vince Hawksworth and Tarek Robbiati will follow on Oct 1.  Alongside the announcement, Smyth gave the first official indication that the company was looking for her replacement, saying: “The board’s process for chair succession will continue.&rdquo...
