The Commerce Commission has told New Zealand’s three mobile network operators to provide better comparison information to consumers or risk being regulated. A recent review of mobile bills by the commission found a quarter of consumers on monthly plans could save average of $11.60 a month by moving to a cheaper plan that still met their usage.
