Tourism Holdings (THL) will pay A$11.9 million (NZ$12.9m) for Adelaide-based Camperagent RV, a purchase that will strengthen the group's sales presence in South Australia.The dual New Zealand and Australian exchange-listed tourism operator said the expansion reflected the company's intention to expand its build, rent, sell RV model and was also expected to provide "scale benefits" across the rest of the Australian RV business through faster rental fleet replenishment.THL chief executive Grant Webster said the purchase wou...
