Vista Group has added another product to its suite, acquiring a US entertainment software company, Retriever Solutions, for approximately $9.8 million.The company offers fully integrated theatre management, point-of-sale, web solutions and IT products for movie theatres.The transaction includes Retriever’s software, intellectual property and customer relationships covering more than 200 sites.Employees have been re-offered their roles and will continue to work from offices in Michigan and Colorado.Vista said the purchase will strengthen t...
