New Zealand’s meat sector is developing a sector-wide protocol to ensure it operates in a manner that doesn’t endanger people’s health and safety, said Meat Industry Association chief executive Tim Ritchie.Ritchie told BusinessDesk it is a privilege to be considered an essential service but also a "significant responsibility."
