American entertainment company AMC Networks has waded into the New Zealand streaming wars with the launch of its new platform, AMC+.The US group behind blockbuster shows like The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, and Better Call Saul has gone live today with its NZ streaming service, taking on Disney, Netflix, and Sky’s Neon for viewers.The deal is unlikely to affect AMC content now shown on other platforms, including Sky in the near term.
