Attivo, a Kiwi media holding company led by former Ogilvy and DDB executive Cam Murchison, has acquired a majority stake in Australian creative agency 303 MullenLowe and a minority stake in its sister agency Mediahub Worldwide Asia-Pacific.Murchison’s company has struck a deal with New York-listed media Interpublic Group (IPG), the owner of both MullenLowe and Mediahub, according to advertising industry title Mumbrella.IPG confirmed the deal and said the transaction was “consistent with MullenLowe Group’s strategy to empower l...
