Social media giant Twitter has taken its first official steps into New Zealand by forming a limited company.BusinessDesk can reveal that the US-based tech platform established its NZ trading company, Twitter New Zealand Limited, on May 31. Twitter hired local law firm Quigg Partners to set up the company, and has listed Sei Seng Winston Foo, a Singapore-based executive, and John Graham Pegg, an Australia-based executive, as directors. The company's address is listed as the office of Quigg Partners. The law firm declined to comment...
