By Suze Metherell July 3 (BusinessDesk) - The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment has said Auckland's housing market is driven by factors not seen in the rest of New Zealand, as the city's house sales rise to their highest level in 11 years for a June month. Barfoot & Thompson, the city's biggest realtor, sold 1,167 houses in June, down from 1,225 in May, though 13 percent more than the same month a year earlier, it said in a statement.
