Two new partners have been appointed at one of New Zealand’s leading law firms, MinterEllisonRuddWatts.The two partners, Jennifer Hambleton and Isaac Stewart, will join the firm’s corporate team to bolster its “capabilities in competition and consumer law as well as corporate advisory”.Hambleton, who has been a senior associate for the last six years, specialises in merger clearances, enforcement actions and disputes.Meanwhile, Stewart recently left Russell McVeagh where he was a senior associate in its corporate team.&n...
