The receivers of the Claymark Group of companies have announced a consortium led by Paul Pedersen will buy the business.The pine processor, which employs 450 people across sites in Thames, Katikati and Rotorua was moved into receivership in December last year after a deal with New Zealand Future Forest Partnership fell through.Receiver Brendon Gibson from Calibre Partners, formerly KordaMentha, would not disclose the sale price.
